Data Processing Addendum

This DPA forms part of the Studii Master Services Agreement and governs the processing of personal data on behalf of Business customers. The processor is Studii; the controller is the customer.
Sub-processors: Supabase (storage + database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Firebase (push + analytics), Resend (transactional email), KLIFGEN (model inference). Full list and DPIA on request.
For EU/UK customers, the Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2, controller-to-processor) are incorporated by reference. Request a signed copy at legal@studii.tech.
