These Terms govern your use of Studii. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them. The current version is dated 2026-05-14.
Accounts
You must be 16 or older to use Studii. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
Acceptable use
You may not use Studii to: generate non-consensual sexual content, depictions of minors in any context, deepfakes of identifiable real people without their consent, content that violates third-party IP, or content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Ownership of outputs
You own the outputs you generate, subject to the license tier:
- Free: personal, non-commercial use only. Outputs include a watermark.
- Starter and above: commercial license.
- Pro and above: commercial license plus indemnification on AI-generated content claims, subject to the cap in our MSA.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime in /app/billing. Credit packs don't expire while your account is active.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
Liability
Studii is provided "as is." Our maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We'll notify you 30 days before material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
