Do credits expire?
Subscription credits reset monthly. Paid credit packs don't expire while your account is active. Free credits are one-time on signup.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; after that you keep any unused paid credits.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 7 days of purchase, full refund on credit packs if fewer than 10 credits were used. Subscriptions are prorated month-to-month.
What about taxes?
Stripe Tax handles VAT/GST and US sales tax automatically based on your billing address.
Team or annual billing?
Team and Business plans include 5+ seats with shared library and admin controls. Annual prepay = 20% off any tier.
